Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Support the overall day to day operation for field service.
  • Manage and oversees the daily functioning for FAS.
  • Manage inbound logistics via 3PL.
  • Perform receiving process and scanned the product to record in ANGAZA software.
  • Transport and replenishment the product against the sale target plan to all network.
  • Distributes the essential things to all network and control the process of the operation.
  • Received and transfer for the internal movement of the stock base on the balance of the stock.
  • Coordinate accurate stock accounting and safety.
  • Check and identify the all technical issue and making the decision to replace the product according to customer contract.
  • Manage the broken or defective product and prepare to replace the according warranty.
  • Monitor and control the daily process of all warehouse administrators.
  • Cooperate and negotiate with the supplier for the delivery schedule, pricing and warranty team.
  • Train, encourage and direct engagement with the downline team member regularly.
  • Coordinate refurbishing and service processes.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Line manager.

5 years plus experience with 2 years’ experience in a related field.

2 years’ experience with manager level.
